This Privacy Policy details how Dreven Holdings Group Inc (doing business as Spike Phones) and the Spikephones.com website (hereinafter referred to as “Spike Phones ”, “us” or “we”) treats the information that is gathered about you when you use or register on Spike Phones ’s website, www.spikephones.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), applications and services (collectively, the “Services” that link to this Privacy Policy). By visiting Spikephones.com, you are accepting and expressly consent to the practices described regarding the collection, use, disclosure and storage of such information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Collection of Information and Use:

When you use the Services, you provide information to us. Spikephones collects two types of information: (1) information that does not by itself identify a specific individual (“Non-personally Identifiable Information”) and (2) information that you provide to us that lets us know who you are (“Personally Identifiable Information”).

Non Personally Identifiable Information (Cookies):

Spikephones uses cookies solely for internal recordkeeping, external statistics about our users as a whole and aggregating data about the traffic on the Site. However, when you transact with us (e.g., offer to sell a device), you sign up on the Site to receive email announcements, send an email to Spikephones and/or register as a member, Spikephones may require that you provide certain personally identifiable information which may include, but is not necessarily limited to:

We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 on the Site. If we are informed that personally identifiable information has been collected from a person under the age of 13, we will immediately remove the personally identifiable information that may have been inadvertently collected by Spikephones.com. If a legal guardian of a minor under the age of 18 requests the removal of personally identifiable information collected from that minor, we will immediately remove said information.

Mobile:

When you access Spikephones’s Services by mobile, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices provide users with the ability to disable location services. Most likely, these controls are located in the device’s settings menu. Social media plug-ins of social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yahoo, Windows and Google plus (among others) are integrated on Spikephones’s website. Where Spikephones sites contain a plug-in or link to a social network, these are clearly marked (e.g. with an Instagram button). If you chose to click on one of these buttons or links, your browser connects directly to the servers of the relevant social network. The social network directly transmits the content of the plugin to your browser. If you are registered on the relevant social network and logged into your respective account the social network receives the information that the web page was used by you. If you interact with a social network plug-in (e.g. you press the Facebook “Like” –feature, the Twitter “Tweet this” feature and Google plus “1+” button or equivalent) or drop a comment on the appropriate web page, the corresponding information is directly transmitted to the relevant social network from your browser. If you are not registered with the social network or you are logged out before you visit Spikephones’s website, there is the possibility that at least your IP address will be submitted to and stored by the social network.
